All rigid rotors are balanced in accordance with ISO 1940/1.
On completion of balancing the customer is provided with a balancing report, giving,initial unbalanced levels, balance tolerance that must be achieved to meet ISO 1940/1 and the final residual unbalance.
We can accomadate a wide range of rotors from 50mm to 1900mm between bearing journals with a maximum weight of 500kgs. Example rotors are Permanent Magnet Rotor, Frequency Changer Rotor, Hollow Drive Shaft, Rolling Road Inertia Dynomometer Roll, 30,000 RPM Coupling Assembly, Plastic Fan, Centifugal Fan and 18,000 RPM Pump Impellor
